I was highly satisfied with the oil change, because I was greeted with a smile, It was conveyed to me my options as well the pricing. I was made known that I needed a new engine filter, the guy showed it to me & it was black. I appreciated being able to see it, that helped me to make the decision to replace it. I was also in need of a headlight. That skid was shown to me and I made a decision to replace it. I have never had such a thorough oil change & thru topped my fluids off. I will be going buisness with Valvoline recommending the service to others as my mom recommended it to me.
